Bottom line: shinnslist keeps as little about you as it can: an email only if you give one, no tracking cookies, no advertising or analytics trackers, and nothing it holds about you is ever sold, rented or shared.

If you sign up for the beta
When you leave your email on a signup form, shinnslist keeps your email address, the persona you picked (for example, Wholesaler), the page the form was on, and the time. It keeps them only to tell you when that persona goes live. The list is never sold, rented or shared. It is stored in shinnslist's own database on Cloudflare.
It is kept until you remove it or the beta ends, whichever comes first. To remove it, use the remove form, which deletes every signup for that address at once.
If you buy something
Tax lien sale packs and Draw Desk reviews are paid through Lemon Squeezy, which takes the card details under its own privacy policy; shinnslist never sees them. shinnslist keeps the order: the email you gave for the receipt (if any), what was bought, the amount, the time, and the link that delivers it. Orders are kept as long as tax and accounting records require.
Draw Desk reads your budget, invoices, waivers and photos in your browser and never uploads them. A paid review sends only a fingerprint of the finished review file, to register its receipt.
If you or an AI agent use the site, the API or the agent connection
- To limit how often one caller can ask, shinnslist counts requests per IP address. Those counters expire within 48 hours.
- shinnslist keeps a record of each search on its research API for 90 days: the time, the kind of query, the county, which signals answered and how long it took. It does not keep the words of the query or who asked.
- When something breaks, shinnslist keeps a short error record (which page or API, what failed) for 30 days, with no personal details.
- What an agent sends to the agent connection (
/api/mcp) is used to answer that one request and is not stored with anything that identifies you. - shinnslist sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes each request (including your IP address) under its own privacy policy.
About the property records
shinnslist shows facts from public records: county assessor records (where the tax bill is mailed, recorded sales, the county's value), city and county permits and licenses, and free public maps. Pages and files that print an owner's name or mailing address are closed to search engines and AI crawlers. If you own a property and want its record taken off shinnslist, write to [email protected].
