Each further draw is $29 and comes with a receipt: a record, registered with shinnslist, that a paid draw was run for exactly the review file you save, and on which day. Anyone holding the file can check it. Draw Desk runs in your browser, so the receipt shows which file was paid for, not that shinnslist checked the findings. Your files still stay on your computer: only a fingerprint of the finished review is sent, to register the receipt.
After paying, the thank-you page opens Draw Desk with your draw ready. Run "Check this draw" again.

Got a saved Draw Desk review from a lender or servicer? Pick the file to see whether a paid draw was registered with shinnslist for exactly this file, and on which day. A file changed after its receipt no longer matches.
Security: how your files are handled
- Nothing is uploaded. The budget, invoices, waivers and photos are read by this page in your browser. They are not sent to shinnslist or to anyone else, so we cannot see them, keep them or train on them.
- The permit check sends a location, not files. When it is ticked, the property's street address, latitude and longitude go to shinnslist to look up public permits there. Untick it to send nothing.
- Receipts carry a fingerprint, not files. A paid draw sends shinnslist only a 64-character fingerprint of the finished review and your draw pass, and gets back a receipt. Anyone can check that the receipt matches the saved file. Because the review runs in your browser, the receipt registers the file; it does not certify the findings.
- Your record is yours. "Save this review" writes a file to your computer with the result, the date and time and the photo fingerprints. Keep it with the loan file; it is your audit trail.
- Photo fingerprints, not photos. To catch a reused photo, the next review compares 16-character fingerprints from your saved file. A fingerprint cannot be turned back into the picture.
- Business-purpose loans only. Draw Desk is for investor and construction loans, not loans on a borrower's own home.
