Where is shinnslist stronger?
- It is free. Nothing is sold, and browsing the hunt needs no account. See the beta page.
- Every fact names its county record. Each open door lists its sources and the date its top results were checked by hand.
- A graded record in public. The ranking is frozen daily and graded against what actually lists, on coverage and how we grade. No day is graded yet, and the site says so.
- No credits. Searching and opening a card never spends anything.
- Finders built on county and federal maps, such as lots with room for a second unit in all nine counties and homes near a named river or national forest.

What do PropStream users say?
App Store reviewers praise data that is right most of the time and quick lookups on the spot (App Store). The Better Business Bureau lists 24 complaints in three years, mostly about trials turning into charges and cancelling; PropStream replied to those shown (BBB). A three-year-old forum thread reports wrong occupancy and old sale dates in some markets (BiggerPockets). Reviews and complaints are self-selected and one-sided.
